" Is it worse that I was really Lucy Stone - dusty sober when we buy the ferry ? "

You may have heard the news thatColin JostandPete Davidsonare the proud owners of a decommissioned Staten Island ferry.

But in case you missed it, theSaturday Night Livepals and Staten Island nativespurchased the ferryduring an auction last year for $280,100.

Although the pair had plans to turn the boat into an entertainment venue, there’s been no updates about what’s going on with the project.

And when Pete was recently asked about the 300-foot vessel, he admitted he had no idea what was happening.

“I have no idea what’s going on with that thing,” he toldEntertainment Tonight, adding that he hoped it hadn’t sunk.

He continued, “Me and Colin were very stoned a year ago and bought a ferry. And we’re figuring it out.”

Meanwhile, Colin just clarified that he actually wasn’t stoned at all — which he thinks might make the whole thing worse.

“Is it worse that I was actually stone-cold sober when we bought the ferry?” Colinwrotein response to a headline about the venture.

He added, “We’re excited to prove the non-believers wrong. You’re going to be BEGGING to get on this ferry in two years. Mark my words.”

Colin then joked that his upcoming standup tour was going to help finance the ferry, which is apparently in need of some work.

According to theNew York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, the boat was decommissioned due to “mechanical issues” and was in “poor condition” before its sale.

Fingers crossed Pete and Colin can get things up and running!
