" Bats often make up death in the gumption of letting go of the quondam . "
Doja Catunveiled her latesttattoo— a huge bat back piece.#
Doja started her tattoo journeyearlier this year, beginning with a fine-line devil holding a pitchfork in February. She’s had to defend her work against accusations of Satanism before, previouslywriting, “Whatever helps u sleep at night” in response to one user who claimed she had sold her soul to the devil.#
So Doja took to Instagram with a series of pics of her new tat, which is aesthetically very in line with her previous work.#
The tattoo was done by artist Mr. K, who tattoos at celebrity hot spot Bang Bang inNew York.#
Doja also alluded to the potential meaning of the piece with a highlighted piece of text that read, “Bats often represent death in the sense of letting go of the old, and bringing in the new. They are symbols of transition, of initiation, and the start of a new beginning” — i.e., not a satanic image.#
It’s important stuff:#
Anyway, I’ll leave on this note:#
