The Flashis just a few days away from hitting theaters, and the film continues to bea controversial topic.
Promotion for the DC Comics flick has moved forward, despite all the troubling headlines surrounding its starEzra Miller.
Over the past few years, Ezra has faced numerousaccusations and a string of arrests, ranging from disorderly conduct to harassment and burglary.
They were alsoaccused of groomingand abuse across various countries — and at one point evenseemingly choked a fan.
In August, Ezraapologized for “past behavior” in a statement, explaining that they had gone through a “time of intense crisis” and were seeking treatment for “complex health issues.”
Although Ezra apologized, a lot of DC fans have still been conflicted aboutwhether or not they want to support the filmby buying ticket.
And given all that’s been going on, many were honestly surprised when Ezra showed up to the premiere in Los Angeles this week.
Throughout the evening, Ezra posed for photos, signed autographs, and even spoke in front of a packed crowd — during which theythanked Warner execsfor their “grace and discernment and care in the context of my life.”
