Prepare yourself for a lot of play and pearl .

I don’t know about you, but Iloveit when a celeb goes on theme for a movie’s press circuit. As such, I am delighted to inform you thatHalle Baileyhas been going full mermaid onThe Little Mermaidred carpet thus far.

Things arguably started with Halle’s Dolce & Gabbana dress back in March. She said that the lookallowed herto “go into the fairytale world and give them princess for one day.”

The fit of the bodice is the only reason why I’m not the biggest fan of this look, but fear not, there’s lots to come.

Images were then released earlier this month of Halle’s performance onAmerican Idol, right in Disneyland Resort itself:

The dress is a custom Michael Fausto creation, a designer I suspect we’ll see Halle in again if hisrecentaquatic evening wear looks are anything to go by.

For the world premiere, Halle donned a Valdrin Sahiti gown.

Let me tell you, this dressshineslike water.

Later that night, Halle changed into a jumpsuit and even posed with the original Ariel, Jodi Benson.

Next up was the premiere in Mexico City, where Halle wore this Georges Chakra dress.

In particular, note the amount of pearls:

Most recently, we have Halle’s scallop-inspired look for the London premiere:

The dress is Miss Sohee and the headpiece was made with Swarovski crystals.
