Earlier this week, Jonathan appeared virtually at a hearing related to the charges, in which the complaint was also updated to add that, according toCNN, “the woman also sustained injuries to her arm and hand and that she was allegedly pushed into the side of a vehicle by Majors.”
So far, he has denied the charges. “This is a witch hunt againstJonathan Majors, driven by baseless claims,” Jonathan’s defense counsel Priya Chaudhry said in a statement to BuzzFeed. “Instead of dismissing the allegations in the face of the woman’s clear lies, the DA has adjusted the charges to match the woman’s new lies. To be clear, there are no new charges against Mr. Majors.”
