Kimora Lee Simmonsand her family are coming forward with some scary accucations againstRussell Simmons.
It all seemingly started over the weekend when Russellpostedan Instagram story that appeared to be directed at Kimora.
“Stop telling fathers they should have fought harder to see their children & start asking mothers why he had to fight at all,” he shared.
Kimora and the former couple’s 20-year-old daughter, Aoki, then started posting on their own Instagram accounts — and they came with receipts.
On an Instagram Live, Kimora inferred that she had been financially supporting Russell for years and said he had unexpectedly cut his daughters off recently after attacking the family for years.
Then, Aoki took to her Instagram stories to share a video of Russell yelling at her on FaceTime while she could be seen crying — writing that it was just one instance she remembered to record.
“This is not someone who will accept help. This is just one screen recording sorry I don’t always remember to press ‘record’ when he calls my friends, my boyfriend, anyone, to get a chance to threaten and curse and go crazy,” Aoki wrote.
She also shared text message receipts of their conversations where she claimed her father would “harass” her boyfriend and friends if she blocked him or took “some space.”
Aoki admitted that any communication with her father recently had led to panic attacks and the need for her to attend therapy — which she later said Russell refused to pay for.
In other messages, Russell called Kimora a “piece of shit” who stole his money and the love of his children, with Aoki captioning the screenshot saying that he had been “awful” to her for years.
She even suggested that her father was struggling with a mental illness or “experiencing something like dementia” because he “really acts like he hates and does not know his children frequently.”
Aoki added amid his change in personality, he has also bullied her sister Ming and their grandmother in the middle of the night, at one point claiming he sent a man to Ming’s apartment at 2 a.m. to scare her.
“Prior to his media issues he was really the best dad ever and a great co parent. He and my mom werebest friends. We all defended him against anything, and then he suddenly turned on ANYONE who will let him lash out,” she wrote. “It’s a really just terrifying change to watch.”
Meanwhile, Kimora shared Aoki’s posts to her own stories, apologizing that this had to be public but saying that Russell had been “threatening” the lives of their children.
“Leave my kids alone,” she wrote. “This narrative of attacking the only caregiver, the only parent in the home with the kids, the mom, AND the kids for one’s own shortcomings and embarrassments is dead. Dead. Dead.”
Kimora also stated that Russell is doing “the same abusive ish” — seemingly referencing when eighteen womenpreviously accused Russellof sexual misconduct.
“This is how you manouver [sic] with the women all around you. Your threats and lies and intimidation manouvers [sic] and tactics are sad. Stop it please. Your own flesh and blood? Enough is enough,” Kimora added.
In a final message, Kimora condemned Russell for telling their daughters that they would “never work again” and that he would “ruin” them.
