I think I ’m starting to stan Lala …
I’m a bigVanderpump Rulesfan.#
Admittedly, I’m not a huge fan ofLala Kent. I think she would appreciate me being honest.#
WELL. I appreciatedherbeing honest this week when she uploaded this post-Watch What Happens LiveInstagram pic:#
And in her caption, she literally listed out what she Facetuned: “Smoothed out my skin with: Facetune” and “Brightened my eyes and smacked my teeth with a bit of whitening with: Snow app.”#
Here’s the original, pre-Facetunification. Gorg.#
She then gave credit to the med spa, called SkinTight Aesthetics, who did her lip filler. In fact, Lala gave credit to Dr. Diamond a few years ago for doing her injectables.#
I spoke with NYC-based cosmetic, surgical, and medical dermatologistDr. Blair Murphy-Rose, MD, FAAD, who regularly treats celebs and models, and asked her about whether celebs typically credit their injector/doctor. “Bottom line is it’s incredibly rare,” Dr. Blair said.#
“As a dermatologist who treats A-listers and models in NYC, I am well aware of the work being done that goes unmentioned. While I am totally comfortable with us injectors not receiving credit, I do feel it is a tremendous disservice to society, and particularly so to younger women and men, that there is a complete lack of transparency about the work being done. On the other hand, I absolutely respect one’s own choice to keep these things private,” she added.#
Between sharing what she Facetuned, crediting her injectors, and serving at the reunion, I feel like I’m slowly becoming aLala Kentfan.#
