Having a crush on someone is simultaneously the most exciting and exhausting thing that can happen. When you’re an adult, there’s so much you already have to be worried about. Like, how can you even fathom worrying about finding a SUITABLE partner in all of this madness?
But when you’re a kid, you have nothing but freedom, time, and not a bill in sight. So of course, when it comes to a crush, you have all the time in the world to inevitably make a fool of yourself and completely bounce back.

Maybe you were the type to pull a classic like calling your crush, screaming, and then proceeding to destroy the phone.
Or you took a huge tumble down the school stairs just as your crush was walking by.
